A phenomenal thirty-five Heanor RC runners turned out for the first BDL of the season last Tuesday night as the yellow and blue made a great start to the defence of their road team titles.

Stuart King and James Mee made it a comfortable HRC 1-2 at the top to lead the men to victory whilst Louise Insley continues to show a real return to form and matched the ladies’ overall finish with second place in the women’s standings.
