Twenty nine Heanor RC runners competed in the penultimate BDL road race of the 2014 campaign at Carsington Water on Tuesday night.

Individual victories for Stuart King and Lisa Palmer saw them lead both the men’s and women’s teams to fourth-successive team triumphs and all but wrap up the overall titles for the season.
