Runners will need to complete 11 of the 19 available  events to be eligible for category awards.

Four GOLD races have been selected – each worth DOUBLE points

Runners may also choose to play their “Joker” for double points (see rules below)

Senior and Veterans will be scored separately

For 1 event and 1 event only runners may play a joker.
This will give that runner double points for that event.
Runners must inform Rob Rainsford or Pete Edwards BEFORE the event
Can not be used for the GOLD races

Club colours must be worn to be eligible for points.
