The 2013 Derbyshire Track & Field Mini League was brought to a close on Saturday at Moorways.
Phoebe Winfield enjoyed a quieter day than at the previous fixture as she competed in two events in the U11G category. Phoebe finished just outside her best in the 80m in 13.7 and placed fifth (fourth scorer) in the long jump (2.45m).
Lily Winfield finished a clear third in the U13G 1500m in 5:33.6 whilst Danielle Smith (30.1) just edged out teammate Emily Deeming (31.1) in the U15G 200m. Danielle went on to finish sixth scorer with a jump of 3.38 in the long jump, just ahead of another teammate Kirsty Hassey (2.87).
