Congratulations and a big shout-out to HRC’s Lisa Palmer and Louise Insley, who have both received regional call-ups for this weekend’s Wilne 10k incorp. Derbyshire & Midland Masters 10k Championships.

The well-deserved recognition comes off the back of a sparling twelve months for the pair that has seen them set personal bests across a range of distances as well as enjoy numerous individual and team triumphs.

Lisa, who won British Masters 5,000m titles over both road and track earlier this summer, is set to cap-off her summer in the white and green vest of the Midland Counties on Sunday.

British Masters 10k champion Louise has had the call to represent the North and will be looking to play her part in another successful team outing on Sunday.
