The Heanor RC awards evening in January (Saturday 18th) is fast-approaching and it’s now time to claim any club standards that you may have achieved up to and including the Dave Denton Midweek Mile & 5k event in November.

All claims must be backed up with:

• what standard
• where achieved
• date and official result/time
